Point to Ponder: Day 28
Reading the Purpose Driven Life through for the second time, I have come up with some ideas that I did not see the first time through (I believe it has to do with the fact that I have been reading everything Brian McLaren and Rob Bell have written in the year since I first read Rick Warren).
It goes to show that indeed there are no shortcuts to maturity.
At the same time we are not guaranteed to mature either. We don’t simply sit back and do nothing. It takes work everyday. It is more then simply going to church and having a quit time.
My journey has been marked by different seasons of growth, learning, ministry, fellowship, self-refection, and many more.
I don’t care where you are on your spiritual journey as long as you don’t stay there.
Keep moving… keep learning… keep doing…
Keep growing.
